Mark
finished the Llanelli Half Marathon today in a new personal best time
of 1 hour 34 mins and 40 seconds, despite the force 10 gales! This race
proved to be great preparation for his Half Ironman challenge in June
– watch this space.

Mark
just returned from Lanzarote were he provided a sports massage service
to the Royal Air Force triathlon squad during their pre-season training
camp. Mark provided sports massage and stretching throughout the
training camp, as well as advising the squad on the benefits of sports
massage.

Delme
provided pre event sports massage to Ulster provincial rugby club today
before their Heineken Cup match with rivals Ospreys. The Ospreys went
on to beat Ulster convincingly by 48 – 17.

Delme provided pre event sports massage to Ulster provincial rugby club
today before their Magners League match with rivals Ospreys. The
Ospreys went on to beat Ulster 32 – 8.

Delme
provided pre event sports massage to Ulster provincial rugby club today
before their Magners League match with rivals Newport Gwent Dragons.
The Dragons went on to beat Ulster by 31 – 11 in a closely
fought
match.

pre/post event sports massage service at the British Schools Track
& Field Championships held at Newport Athletics
Stadium. This
proved to be a great day, with some fantastic results on a cold,
wet and windy day.

invited to provide sports massage at the Welsh Schools' Track &
Field Championships held in Brecon. This was our third consecutive year
at Brecon and again it proved to be a great day with superb weather
helping to produce some excellent results.

sports massage service at the Dragon Ride based out of Bridgend. Over
2500 cyclists completed the event, which kept us very busy!

Mark
provided a
sports massage service today for the British Triathlon Federation at
Bryn Bach Park, Tredegar, for the National Triathlon Championships for
2007. In fine weather and on a tough course, Tim Don and Julie Dibens
emerged from the weekend's action as National Triathlon Champions
following this Corus Elite Series race.
