Delme will be
working for
this season with Cardiff City Football Club as part of the back room
medical
team, providing pre and post match sports massage. The Bluebirds are
currently
in the top half of the table, hopefully with Delme's help they can push
for
promotion.

Mark finished the
Cardiff Half Marathon today in a new personal best time of 1 hour 31
mins and 4 seconds! This proved to be a great final race of the season
for me.

Mark and Delme
provided post event sports massage to Ulster provincial rugby club
today after their match with the Ospreys. Unfortunately Ulster lost to
the Ospreys, as the Ospreys are hitting a rich vain of form at the
moment.

Delme, Mark and
Colin (new addition to the team for the day) travelled to Chepstow to
provide sports massage at "The Big Woody", an Ironman distance
triathlon event. Terrible weather ensured our massage tent was full of
wet and tired triathletes after the event, just looking for us to
revive their aching limbs - we duly obliged!

Vale Sports
Therapy provided a post event sports massage service at the Tuska
Triathlon in Porthcawl today. Some great weather produced some great
racing, including a pre-Olympic race for local triathlete Helen Tucker
who convincingly won the ladies event.

Therapy were pleased to provide pre and post event sports massage at
the Llanelli 10k race today. Stunning scenery and superb weather
provided the perfect backdrop for some brilliant racing along the
beautiful Llanelli Coastal Park.

Vale
Sports Therapy provided a sports massage service at the Dragon
Ride cycle sportive in Bridgend today. Over 2000
cyclists entered the event, where they could cycle a 120km
route or a 180km route up to Brecon and back. We were
very, very busy!

Mark
finished the Weymouth Half Ironman triathlon today in
a new personal best time of 5 hours and 20 mins, despite it
being the hottest day of the year!

Delme
provided pre event sports massage to Ulster provincial rugby club today
before their match with the Cardiff Blues. Unfortunately Delme's magic
hands couldn't help Ulster, as they went down to the Blues 30 - 17.

Mark
finished the Llanelli Half Marathon today in a new personal best time
of 1 hour 34 mins and 40 seconds, despite the force 10 gales! This race
proved to be great preparation for his Half Ironman challenge in June
– watch this space.

Mark
just returned from Lanzarote were he provided a sports massage service
to the Royal Air Force triathlon squad during their pre-season training
camp. Mark provided sports massage and stretching throughout the
training camp, as well as advising the squad on the benefits of sports
massage.

Delme
provided pre event sports massage to Ulster provincial rugby club today
before their Heineken Cup match with rivals Ospreys. The Ospreys went
on to beat Ulster convincingly by 48 – 17.

today before their Magners League match with rivals Ospreys. The
Ospreys went on to beat Ulster 32 – 8.

Delme
provided pre event sports massage to Ulster provincial rugby club today
before their Magners League match with rivals Newport Gwent Dragons.
The Dragons went on to beat Ulster by 31 – 11 in a closely
fought
match.

pre/post event sports massage service at the British Schools Track
& Field Championships held at Newport Athletics
Stadium. This
proved to be a great day, with some fantastic results on a cold,
wet and windy day.

invited to provide sports massage at the Welsh Schools' Track &
Field Championships held in Brecon. This was our third consecutive year
at Brecon and again it proved to be a great day with superb weather
helping to produce some excellent results.

sports massage service today for the British Triathlon Federation at
Bryn Bach Park, Tredegar, for the National Triathlon Championships for
2007. In fine weather and on a tough course, Tim Don and Julie Dibens
emerged from the weekend's action as National Triathlon Champions
following this Corus Elite Series race.
