Mark finished the Llanelli Half Marathon today in a new personal best time of 1 hour 34 mins and 40 seconds, despite the force 10 gales! This race proved to be great preparation for his Half Ironman challenge in June – watch this space.

Mark just returned from Lanzarote were he provided a sports massage service to the Royal Air Force triathlon squad during their pre-season training camp. Mark provided sports massage and stretching throughout the training camp, as well as advising the squad on the benefits of sports massage.

Delme provided pre event sports massage to Ulster provincial rugby club today before their Heineken Cup match with rivals Ospreys. The Ospreys went on to beat Ulster convincingly by 48 – 17.
