Yesterday Mark attended a running coaching clinic to train existing running coaches new skills and techniques inline with the Newton running company's philosophy of Natural Running. It was the first clinic of this type to be held outside of the USA. Mark was lucky enough to pass and is now only 1 of 12 Newton Natural Running Form coaches in the UK. Mark will now add those new skills & techniques to south Wales and incorporate them into our own hugely successful Learn To Run workshops.

Gareth Robinson. Ulster rugby physiotherapist.

sportman Delme has been working with Ulster rugby for the past season when we travel to Wales. We have been fortunate to have found him. He is an excellent masseur who has fitted into the professional environment perfectly. The work he has done with our players is excellent in their preparation for games. Our players have benefited from his skills and expertise. He has become an integral part of our team when in Wales. I would have no hestitation in recommending Delme to any individual or team in their preparation for or recovery from competition

Flt Lt Mark Saggers. Royal Air Force Triathlon Association

"On behalf of the Royal Air Force Triathlon Association, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your services during the 2005 Sprint Triathlon Series. The sports massage service that you provided was first class, whilst your approach to athlete care and your professionalism was second to none. Not only did you provide the athletes with sports massage, your advice on training methods, stretching and recovery techniques was well received.

Many of the athletes had not had sports massage before due to the belief that it was only for elite athletes. Your professional service and attitude made these athletes feel like professionals.

The feedback that we received was nothing but complimentary and we very much hope we can rely on your services for the 2006 Sprint Triathlon Series."

This was the first time we had offered a sports massage service to athletes in this competition and I think it was a most successful venture. We received many positive comments from both athletes and coaches. I look forward to seeing you again at next year's championships."
